Composting refuse and night soil : : technical paper

In South Africa, there is an urgent need for the development of low-cost, appropriate sanitation technologies where there is no infrastructure for waterborne sewage and often a chronic shortage of water. Corans, the composting of refuse and night soil, presents such a solution.
