High Power Compact EML Transmitter Module for 400G-FR4

The high power 400Gbit/s compact transmitter module for 400G-FR4 with the optical multiplexer and four EMLs is presented for the first time. We confirmed the output power of higher than 4.6mW, clear optical eye diagram of 53.125GBaud PAM4 operation, and only 1.45W power consumption.
