Cooled agglomerated pellet and preparation method thereof

2013
The invention relates to a cooled agglomerated pellet. Fly ash, sinter and sludge glue of a converter are mixed and processed by a high-pressure pelletizer to manufacture pellets; the sludge glue comprises sludge, corn starch, caustic soda flack and borax which are mixed for preparation. The invention also provides a preparation method for the cooled agglomerated pellet. has According to the invention, the following benefits are achieved: sludge, corn starch, caustic soda flack and borax are utilized to prepare sludge glue, the sludge glue is utilized to mix and press fly ash, sinter and other ferriferous raw materials to obtain the pellet, moisture in sludge and sticky property of sludge are fully utilized, and sludge does not need to be press-filtered and dried, so that steps are simplified, energy consumption is saved, and the cost is lowered; as the sludge glue replaces a binder, environmental pollution is reduced.
