With the process of economic globalization, the Mexican market of goods and services has become increasingly more complex. In the present spectrum, new demands are seen coming from market segments with specific and different needs, such as the homosexuals. The “gay” is a cultural reality and an increasingly more visible and diverse consumer market. This article analyses the market sector generated by this population in the metropolitan area of Mexico city.
