بررسی کهن الگوی« مادر مثالی» در شعر بدر شاکر السیاب

Archetypal criticism is one of the branches of psychological criticism that can be thought as a good criterion for analysis of literary texts. "Mother Archetype" is one of the well-known archetypes which considerd as an important and critical one because this archetype have profound effects on not only artistic creations and creative areas in human’s mind but also, even more, in man’s personality; so that no one can be excluded from its effects. This archetype has araisen, like other archetypes, in both positive and negative aspects. In this article, its positive aspects in the Badr Shakir al-Sayyab’s poetry, one of the founders of modern Arab poetry and free verse movement, will be investigated. Mother archetypal in al-Sayyab’s poetry has araisen in such forms like mother, grandmother, land and tree and in all of them, it’s easy to see mother’s desire and return to the roots.
