Automatic Control System for Purifying Fume of Aluminum Smelters

The principle for purifying fume from aluminum smelters and the application of the control system based on PLC are introduced.The system consists of three levels: level of measuring and implementing,level of controlling and level of monitoring.Each level is composed of hardware and supporting software used for controlling and monitoring functions, respectively.The latter two levels form an industrial ether net.With PLC linked with the position machine through DH-485 net,the purifying and monitoring functions are realized.
