A cooling system (30) is provided with: a cooling unit (31) that cools a power receiving unit (20), which receives electrical power in a contactless manner from a power transmission unit (10), and/or cools a power storage device (B), which stores the electrical power received by the power receiving unit (20); and a cooling control unit (32) that controls the cooling unit (31). The cooling unit (31) operates on the electrical power received by the power receiving unit (20), and the cooling control unit (32) controls the cooling unit (31) on the basis of the amount of charging the power storage device (B) requires.
