Applicability analysis of the flotation column at Huibei Coal Preparation Plant

Flotation problems confronted at Wuobei Brach Plant of Huibei Coal Preparation Plant being that:large quota of coal slime to be treated,serious corrosion of equipment and insufficient capacity;an applicability analysis taken on flotation column for separation of fine and ashy coal slime;given was a proposal that the conventional flotation machined be replaced by FCMC-4000 micro-bubble flotation column;after such conversion,concentrate yield increased and power consumption reduced.
