The ice and snow removing device based on the turbojet engine comprises the turbojet engine, a diversion mechanism and a diversion angle adjusting mechanism. The turbojet engine serves as a heating power generation mechanism and provided with a spray pipe used for spraying out heating power, and a kidney-shaped hole is formed in the lateral wall of the spray pipe. The diversion mechanism is a heating power guide mechanism and comprises a columnar installation portion fixed outside the spray pipe and a diversion portion shaped like a horn mouth. The installation portion is provided with an installation hole corresponding to the kidney-shaped hole, and the installation portion is fixed inside the spray pipe in the mode that at least one fastener is locked on the kidney-shaped hole and the installation hole at the same time; the diversion portion is fixed on the installation portion and exposed out of the spray pipe. The diversion angle adjusting mechanism is used for adjusting the diversion angle of the diversion mechanism and comprises the installation portion, the kidney-shaped hole, the installation hole and the fasteners. The diversion angle adjusting mechanism adjusts the relative position of the kidney-shaped hole and the installation hole through the fasteners, so that the installation portion rotates relative to the spray pipe and drives the diversion portion to change the diversion angle relative to the spray pipe.
