The invention relates to combustion and mechanical power driving and belongs to the mechanical power field. The combustion mechanisms and the power transmission mechanisms of existing power machines are unreasonable; according to the invention, a soft combustor is used for combustion and a soft power transmission device is used for generating torque or thrust. The soft power transmission device comprises a soft thrust device, a torque rotator, a torque presser, a tension device and a pressure device and can be applied to gas turbines, steam turbines, wind turbines and aero engines; according to the soft combustor, firstly, carbon oxide is combusted with oxygen, then fuel oil is converted into hydrogen and carbon oxide through the endothermic reduction reaction, so that pollution can be eliminated; the soft power transmission mechanism of the thrust device is one of a taper pipe internal pressure mechanism, a vortex amplification mechanism and an opposite-blowing fan mechanism; the soft power transmission mechanism of the torque device or the tension device is a squeezing expansion mechanism; the soft power transmission mechanism of the torque presser is a soft torque swinging mechanism; the new power transmission method or the new soft power transmission mechanism of a fluid torque presser is one of a vortex torque pressing mechanism, an opposite-blowing torque pressing mechanism and a rocker torque pressing mechanism; the soft power transmission mechanism of the tension device is one of a wave ring tension mechanism, a vortex winding mechanism and a traction winding mechanism.
