Reactivación económica y diseño de un modelo territorial en la Comunidad Autónoma de Madrid

espanolUno de los objetivos que pretende este estudio es demostrar, mediante el analisis de la coyuntura economicade la CAM en el ano 1994, el alcance de su reactivacion, asi como la posicion relativa que esta ocupando dicha comunidad en el ambio de la economia internacionaly en la UE. Asimismo, se intenta demostrar si el gobierno autonomo y el Ayuntamiento de la capital han tomado conciencia de los problemas que hoy, en un contextode economia global, se dan en Madrid y si, a traves de una estrategia comun, se toman medidas adecuadas queincidan en una mejora de las condiciones socioeconomicas y del modelo territorial, asi como en una mayor proyeccion internacional de dicha comunidad autonoma. EnglishOneof the objectives of this paper is to study the scaleof the recovery in the region of Madrid, as well as its position in relation to the inernational economy and the EU, through an analysis of the regional economy in 1994. In addition, the paper seeks to establish whether the regional government and the city council of the capital of Spain are aware of the problems that affect Madrid from the vantage of the global economy, andwhether, on the basis of a common strategy, appropriate measures are being taken to enhance the region's socioeconomic conditions, territorial model and international profile.
