Effect of the Saturation on the Nano-AlOOH Hydrothermal Crystal Morphology

The crystal theory show that Supersaturation is the driving force of crystallization.It has a significant impact on the crystal growth rate,quality and crystal form.In this paper,the comparative experiments of single injection,double injection and additives added different components were used,and the experimental samples were prepared.By analyzing the experiment data,the impact of the precursor preparation methods and the saturation state on the crystal morphology was described.Finally,the crystallization mechanism and the nucleation mechanism of nano-AlOOH crystal growth were discussed,and the new ideas for the process control on the preparation of various ideal morphology AlOOH was put forward.
