The invention provides a display substrate. The display substrate comprises a plurality of pixel units. At least a part of the pixel units are inclined pixel units, and the length direction of the inclined pixel units inclines to the horizontal direction. The invention further provides a display panel and a stereoscopic display device. When stereoscopic display is conducted through the display panel, both the resolution ratio of each disparity map in the length direction of the display panel and the resolution ratio of each disparity map in the width direction of the display panel decrease, in other words, it is avoided that when stereoscopic display is conducted, the monocular resolution ratio only loses in one direction, and therefore the display effect is improved.
