New Version Soft X-Ray Microscope at the Photon Factory

A new version soft x-ray microscope has recently been constructed at the undulator beamline of the Photon Factory. It aims at a spatial resolution better than 100 nm and magnification of around 500. Its optical system and apparatus are briefly described.
