La gamificación como estrategia del método de aprendizaje basado en proyectos para favorecer la gestión de proyectos como logro de aprendizaje del curso de Dirección de Proyectos en los miembros de la comunidad SEDIPRO de una universidad pública en Lima en el año 2019

The objective of this research is to explain how gamification is developed as a strategy of the project-based learning method (PBL) and the project management as a learning achievement in students of SEDIPRO in the Project Management course at a public university in Lima, in the year 2019. The methodology used a qualitative approach, of explanatory scope with a research – action design. The students were 19 students of both genders, whom 17 are the new members of the SEDIPRO community of a Public University of Lima. The 2 additional participants were organized for the event who has management positions at SEDIPRO. Due to the positive and very favorable results in the affected students of this research, the main conclusion is that gamification must be determined as a strategy of the project-based learning method contributing to the management of specific projects as a learning achievement in SEDIPRO students of the Project Management course at a Public University of Lima, in the year 2019.
