Multiplexed Gas Sensing with arrayed SOI microring resonators

We report a compact resonator-based integrated optical sensor for the detection of volatile organic compounds (VOC) with high resolution. On-chip reference is used to compensate for environmental effects and laser instabilities for high accuracy.
