The invention provides a greenhouse environment monitoring system based on an NFC technology and a control method thereof. The greenhouse environment monitoring system comprises a control center, sensors which are used for acquiring greenhouse environment data, an NFC reader-writer which is used for reading and writing the greenhouse environment data, and an NFC tag. The output ends of the sensors are connected with the control center and transmit the acquired greenhouse environment data to the control center. The output end of the control center is connected with the NFC reader-writer which writes the acquired data in the NFC tag through analog-to-digital conversion. The NFC tag transmits the data to users using NFC mobile phones through short messages in a timing way. A clock module used for time control is also arranged. The clock module is connected with the control center. The beneficial effects of the greenhouse environment monitoring system based on the NFC technology are that the greenhouse environment monitoring system has characteristics of being simple in structure, convenient to use, stable and reliable and low in price so that problems that conventional monitoring systems are low in sensitivity, difficult to install and maintain and high in price can be solved.
