In this study, the colonialist movements that started in Portugal in 15th century, then in Spain and then in England, Holland and France, the effects of colonialism movements in Europe as well as South America, Africa, price revolution, spread of diseases and microbes and the ideology of colonialism were discussed. The destruction of the colonialist movements in South America and Africa and the development of the Western world as a result of the colonialist movements have been tried to be revealed. In this study, document research was conducted. The relevant field is reviewed and discussed in the literature. As a result of the colonialist movements, world domination shifted from East to West. In the 16th century, the Western world began to impose its economic and political superiority to the world. He dominated the world to a great extent with his scientific and technical superiority. Portugal and Spain established colonial empires in the Americas, Africa and Asia in the 15th century. With the price revolution, the price of many products increased by five times between 1500 and 1650. Tons of silver flowing from the Spanish Colonial Empire in South America to Europe was the most important factor in the start of the price revolution. Killer microbes have drastically reduced indigenous populations in South America and Africa without immunity. In some places it has completely eliminated.
