The invention provides a method for providing a quick content service for a mobile phone user, which comprises that: firstly, a server establishes an item list management system; secondly, a client initiates an item list loading request to the sever and specifies the numbers of pages; thirdly, the server transmits the request to the item list management system; fourthly, the item list management system records the operation habits of a user and records the numbers of the pages the user frequently turns to; fifthly, the item list management system queries the operation habits of the user and takes the numbers of the pages the user frequently turns to determine the numbers of the pages to be loaded to the client; sixthly, an item list is downloaded into the client; seventhly, the user executes page turning operation; and finally, the client performs query to determine if a page is downloaded. The method effectively reduces interaction times by downloading a plurality of pages at one timeand can intelligently determine the numbers of the pages to be downloaded.
