Optimal Design Methods of Mechanical Product Driven by Key Performance of System

This paper studied system level optimal design methods of product using the theories of performance requirement-driven. According to the analysis of product performance requirement, firstly, the layered function model is established to realize mapping function to structure. Then, function parameters and their parameter values are used to describe performance model. In this study, we propose optimal designing of mechanical product procedure based on performance requirement-driven. Finally, The 100MN hydraulic pressure machine is used as an example to research the implementation strategies of the key steps in the optimal designing of mechanical product procedure based on performance requirement-driven and the results validate the feasibility of the theoretical modeling.
