Molding device for NdFeB materials

The invention provides a molding device for NdFeB materials, which comprises a press body, an electromagnet, a hydraulic device, a metal mold and an elastomer mold, wherein the press body comprises a frame, an upper pressure head and a lower pressure head which are fixed on the frame and are made from magnetic non-conductive materials; the upper and lower surfaces of the metal mold consist of magnetic non-conductive materials; the left and right surfaces of the metal mold consist of magnetic conductive materials; the elastomer mold is arranged in the metal mold; and a cavity between the metal mold and the elastomer mold is communicated with the hydraulic device. The molding device has the advantages that: 1, a press to which the invention relates can accomplish function that needs to be realized by an oriented molding press and an isostatic press in a conventional NdFeB sintering molding process on one device; and 2, the molding device raises the volume recovery of materials, reduces production cost, and has strong competitive advantage.
