Organic electroluminescent display

An organic electroluminescent display device comprises a glass baseplate, and an ITO conduction layer, a hole transport layer, a luminous layer, an electronic transport layer and a composite metal cathode, which are arranged on the upper surface of the glass baseplate from bottom to top. A tellurium film enclosing layer is arranged on the composite metal cathode. A dense tellurium film coating, not easy to oxidize, is arranged through vapor deposition on the outer surface of the metal cathode of the organic electroluminescent display device, so the cathode and the organic layer of the device can be effectively protected, thereby remarkably improving the service life of the device.
