Effect of Xinanling on Blood Rheology of Model Rats with Acute Blood Stasis

OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of Xinanling on blood rheology,platelet aggregation and clotting time of model rats with acute blood stasis.METHOD Ice water stimulation method was used to make "blood stasis" model used to detect the main rheology indexes,and ADP was used as the revulsive to observe its effect on in vitro platelet aggregation.RESULT ①Xinanling could reduce the maximum platelet aggregation of rats;②Xinanling could reduce the clotting time of rats;③Xinanling could reduce the blood viscosity of rats;and ④Xinanling could inhibit the platelet aggregation ability and increase the red blood cell metamorphotic ability of rats.CONCLUSION Xinanling has the actions of inhibiting platelet aggregation,prolonging clotting time and improving blood rheology.
