The invention discloses a non-wood fiber raw material cooking auxiliary agent and a preparation process thereof. The non-wood fiber raw material cooking auxiliary agent comprises the following raw materials in part by weight: 1 to 5 parts of anthraquinone, 1 to 4 parts of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, 1 to 10 parts of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, 5 to 30 parts of dimethyl sulfonic acid and 1 to 8 parts of hydroxylamine. The non-wood fiber raw material cooking auxiliary agent not only can accelerate permeation, inhibit peeling reaction, promote removal of non-wood fiber raw material lignin, improve reaction performance in the cooking process and improve cooking uniformity of the raw materials, but also can reduce quantity of alkali for cooking, shorten cooking time, reduce the highest cooking temperature and improve pulp forming quality and yield.
