A water-based nano-oxide coolant for cooling a high-power CPU chip and an operation system is composed of nano-oxide, hexamethylene yetramine and high-purity water. Compared with the existing coolants composed of single high-purity water, the water-based nano-oxide coolant has higher heat exchange and thermal conduction efficiencies and lower metal corrosion.
