P3-18: High-efficient synthesized launcher for coaxial cavity gyrotron

The acute problem of in-waveguide transformation of an operating mode of the coaxial cavity gyrotron TE 34,19 into paraxial Gaussian beam is solved. A short highly effective launcher which provided such a transformation is synthesized, fabricated and tested. Results of the experiment confirm the approach adequacy. The measured TEM 0,0 mode content in the output launcher wavebeam exceeds 95%.
