A portable electronic thermometer comprises an operating controller, a temperature measurement device and a data transmission device. The operating controller comprises a temperature display screen 1, a frame 2, a time display screen 5, a power indicator light 7, a stop button 11, a clear button 13 and a power switch 15. The temperature measurement device comprises a temperature sensor 20 and a sensor holder 21. The data transmission device comprises a main connector 17, a data line 18, and a secondary connector 19. The temperature display screen 1 and the time display screen 5 are fixedly mounted in the frame 2. A power socket 9 and the frame 2 are integrally made. A power source 10 is mounted in the power socket 9. The temperature sensor 20 is fixedly mounted in the sensor holder 21. The main connector 17 is fixedly connected with the frame 2. The secondary connector 19 is fixedly connected with the sensor holder 21. The main connector 17 and the secondary connector 19 are connected together through the data line 18. Therefore, the portable electronic thermometer is more convenient in temperature measurement for people.
