Аналіз впливу Серміону на церебральну гемодинаміку в пацієнтів похилого віку, які перенесли ішемічний інсульт

The article presents the analysis of the effect of Sermion on the cerebral hemodynamic in patients with ischemic stroke. Patients received Sermion for 21 days three time per day against the background of conventional drug therapy. The improvement of blood flow in intracranial part of a. carotis interna and a. cerebri media as well as total substantial favourable influence on the cerebral blood flow in case of venous discirculation were registered. The positive effect of Sermion on the cerebral hemodynamic in ischemic stroke patients justifies the inclusion of this medicine in a comprehensive system of rehabilitation of these patients.
