HD 148688: an oxygen-rich supergiant

The discovery of an oxygen-rich supergiant is reported. Variations in the intensity of the lines belonging to light elements, helium, nitrogen, and carbon, were found. The time scale is of the order of days. Key words: stellar spectroscopy - supergiant star - spectrum variable
