Проблемы ядерного образования в ежегодных докладах МАГАТЭ: социологический анализ

In the article, on the basis of content analysis Annual reports of the IAEA Director General between 1997 and 2015 are analyzed, in order to understand the use of concepts "knowledge", "nuclear knowledge” and “nuclear knowledge management", "nuclear education". The authors stress that in IAEA Reports the concept of "knowledge" was used only four times in 1997 and seven times in 1998, mainly in parts on technical, expert, library information. In subsequent Reports there appeared new chapters, which reflected the growing need in nuclear knowledge; new concepts were used such as nuclear education, nuclear knowledge management, risk management of knowledge loss in nuclear industry organizations.  Key words: IAEA, knowledge, nuclear knowledge, nuclear knowledge management, nuclear education.
