Terminal devices and procedures

Provided is a terminal device in which basic information and detailed information of each of application programs are stored in different storage regions for each of the application programs and which inhibits access to each of the storage regions by other application program. The terminal device displays a screen containing basic information of each application program. When a cursor is moved toa display position of any of the basic information, the terminal starts a first application program where the cursor is positioned and a second application program whose basic information is displayed in the vicinity by an information providing mode so as to acquire the detailed information on them and display the detailed information of the first application program.
