HIGH LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SATISFACTION MAKING PROCESSED FOOD USING MOCAF FLOUR PRODUCED BY AGROINDUSTRY IN MALANG

The main objective of this research is to determine the level of agro-industry satisfaction of users of processed mocaf flour. This research uses a quantitative approach with the IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) analysis method. This research will be conducted in Malang Regency, East Java. The sample of this study was mocaf flour producers in Malang Regency, which was found in four districts namely Kalipare Regency, Pagelaran Regency, Dau Regency and Kepanjen Regency. Based on the results of this study, the results indicate that the agro-industry satisfaction index of mocaf-based food products by producers in the Malang Regency region is included in the very satisfied category. The level of agro-industry satisfaction with food products in 3 districts obtained the following results: 1) Based on the results of calculations that have been done, a CSI value of 85.82% was obtained. 2) Based on the results of calculations that have been done, it can be seen that the overall mocaf flour customers are very satisfied with the quality of the performance of the mocaf flour producers in Pagelaran Regency. 3) Based on the results of the calculations that have been done, it can be seen that the overall mocaf flour customers are satisfied with the quality of the performance of Zoc District Z Dau flour producers. This article explains the level of agro-industry satisfaction with processed foods using mocaf flour. The results can be used as a basis for knowing the level of customer satisfaction mocaf flour in Malang Regency.
