Connecting structure for quick installation of prefabricated wallboard and superposed beam

2014
The utility model provides a connecting structure for quick installation of a prefabricated wallboard and a superposed beam and belongs to the field of assembly type building connecting structures. The connecting structure is composed of the prefabricated wallboard, the superposed beam, an H-shaped steel wallboard clamping groove and a steel angle adapter. A horizontal connecting plate surface of the steel angle adapter is connected with an embedded C-shaped steel sliding groove in the upper surface of a reinforced concrete precast beam on the lower portion of the superposed beam. A vertical connecting surface of the steel angle adapter enables the H-shaped steel wallboard clamping groove to be connected to the outer side of the reinforced concrete precast beam on the lower portion of the superposed beam in an adjustable mode through bolts so that the H-shaped steel wallboard clamping groove can be moved, adjusted and fastened in the direction of a cross beam and in the vertical direction relative to the upper surface of the reinforced concrete precast beam on the lower portion of the superposed beam through the steel angle adapter. After the prefabricated wallboard is correspondingly embedded in the H-shaped steel wallboard clamping groove, a reinforced concrete cast-in-place beam on the upper portion of the superposed beam and the connecting structure are formed integrally in a cast-in-place mode. The connecting structure is simple, effectively guarantees the integrity of connection between a wall and the beam and the flatness of the wall, and improves the construction quality and efficiency of a project.
