GAMBARAN KEPUASAN KERJA PERAWAT KLINIK DI RSUP DR. HASAN SADIKIN BANDUNG

Job satisfaction nurses play an important role and must be considered by a hospital organization. With the existence of job satisfaction, Hasibuan (2005) states will create an emotional condition which can love his job and satisfied in his service so as to show good performance on the service order. The use of appropriate systems will help the organization achieve its goals. This study aims to determine the description of nurse job satisfaction and indicators that must be maintained or a top priority to get job satisfaction in Dr. HasanSadikin Bandung especially Kemuning and Fresia building.The research method used is descriptive with a total sample of 193 people. The results showed that almost all of its clinical nurses (79.3%) were satisfied with their work. The main indicators are compensation, working conditions, recognition and independence; While that should be on the indicators of supervision technical and moral value. Researchers expect the results of this study can be used as a study material for nursing management of Dr. HasanSadikin Bandung. Further research is expected to be ablejob satisfaction indicator give influence to job satisfaction level.
