Organic light-emitting element, light source device using same, and manufacturing method for said element

Provided is an organic light-emitting element that has a lower electrode, an upper electrode, and an organic layer disposed between the lower electrode and the upper electrode. The organic layer includes a charge transport layer, a light-emitting layer and a mixed layer. The mixed layer includes a first host, a first dopant and a charge-transporting material. The light-emitting layer includes a second host, a second dopant and a third dopant. The charge-transporting material includes a first functional group. The concentration of the charge-transporting material is higher in the area on the side of the mixed layer where the light-emitting layer is not present than in the area on the side of the mixed layer where the light-emitting layer is present. Accordingly, an organic light-emitting element that includes an organic multi-layer structure of at least four layers can be provided.
