A remote controller, a loop sensor, a GPRS communication module and a power source are respectively arranged inside the case body, wherein the loop sensor is arranged inside the remote controller which is connected with the GPRS communication module through a communication circuit, and the remote controller and the GPRS communication module are simultaneously connected with the power source through an electric wire; the remote controller is further connected with an infrared camera which is arranged outside the case body; and an antenna is connected on the GPRS communication module. In the utility model, advanced electronic techniques and mature GPRS communication network are utilized to build a feasible anti-theft monitoring device of the distribution transformer of the low-voltage electricity transmission line, the remote controller is used for video sampling, and an image recognizing algorithm is adopted to intelligently decide whether people activity is in a controlled range and give alarms, thus keeping thieves away and consequently achieving the anti-theft goal.
