The problems of specialized medical care are closely related with social and economical reforms that take place also in Public Healthcare System. Last decades the significant increase of morbidity and mortality from hemoblastosis was recorded. A new approach to specialized hematological medical care is the system of stage treatment based on the differentiated statement for treatment at different stages. This allows increasing detection, diagnostics and decreasing mortality of system blood diseases.
