Application Trial of Gas Sealed Distiller in Fen Flavor Xiaoqu Liquor Production

By application of air sealed distiller instead of original water sealed one in Fen flavor xiaoqu liquor production, remarkable results were achieved: yield of distilled liquor increased by more than 5%, and extraction amount of high degree of alcohol was improved greatly;flavor enhancement was obviously with the effect of "ethyl acetate reduction and ethyl lactate enhancement" and removal of extra flavor; full use of existing equipment, saving investment, saving device manufacturing time were achieved for enterprises to obtain significant economic benefits.
