Arbitrary Biological Structure Imaging with Optical Imaging Interferometric Microscopy

2020
A synthetic aperture microscopy technique with off-axis illumination is used to image an arbitrary biological sample. This method extends resolution <300nm with a 0.4 NA lens at 532nm (Conventional limit: ~665nm) for imaging arbitrary structures.
