Exploitation plan of the French ISAEUS system

The document deals with the exploitation plan for the French version of the ISAEUS system. We give statistical data about speech and hearing impaired persons, and the specialised institutions in France and in French speaking countries. We recall what is French ISAEUS at the end of July 2000. At last, we present the exploitation plan for ISAEUS, under the point of view of research and transfer to development.
