Chinese Medicine Fumigation Combine with Joint Mobilization and Muscle Strengthening on Bone Joint after Operation

Objective:To study the effect of Chinese medicine fumigation combine with joint mobilization and muscle strengthening on bone joint after operation.Methods:180patients with bone joint after operation were divided into control group(90cases)and observation group(90cases)according to even or odd exercise prescription date.Besides regular treatment,control group received joint mobilization therapy and muscle strengthening,while observation group were given Chinese medicine fumigation 30minutes before joint mobilization.Before and 2months after the treatment,all patients were evaluated their abilities of daily life by the activity of daily living scale(Barther Index).Results:Before the treatment there was no significant difference between the 2groups(P0.05).Two months after treatment,both groups' Barther Index were better than before(P0.001),and observation group was more remarkable than control group(P0.001).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combine with joint mobilization and muscle strengthening can increase the therapeutic effect in patients after bone joint operation as well improve the ability of daily life.
