So, Nepalese government has passed the budget to widen the important strategic road networks from two lanes to eight lanes in Koteshwor area. The questionnaires for this survey were structured and open-ended based on consequences of road expansion of small business. After the completion of most of the part, pollution has decreased and respondents businesses are running smoothly. They are getting a customer from many different places around the Koteshwor area, as it's all because of the wider road and fast track transportation system, which was only possible due to road expansion project. Further, it has increased the number of the customer, sales volume, and profitability. After the road expansion project the pollution is decreased, there is less traffic-jam, surrounding is more tidy, open space around the market and it is easy to access the business market. Moreover, the market is growing as well as the competition in the market. So, the business entrepreneurs should make a proper strategy to sustain in market according to the nature of the market. Further, the government should focus to control pollution in the valley. There should be a proper pavement around the building of shop and zebra-crossing line near the market. The government should also focus to create a proper footpath area in future project on road expansion.
