Viscoplasticity of ice and certain types of soils

Principles of the construction of corresponding mathematical models are discussed and a general model describing exposed laws is proposed on the basis of codification of experimental data on the viscoplastic deformation and failure of ice, and frozen and clayey soils, which were obtained by different investigators and directly by the author.
