s / Journal of Reproductive Immunology 112 (2015) 121–140 127 frompatients undergoing operations for benign gynecological conditions. Informed consents were obtained from all the patients participating in this study. The expression of MAS1 in addition to AT1, AT2 receptors mRNA was examined by RT using total RNA extracted from frozen samples. Quantitative real-time PCR were performed. Results: MAS1 mRNA expression was detected in all samples. No significant differences were observed in the eutopic endometria at any phase in controls. Higher expression was observed in endometriotic lesion. Therewas a relationship between expression ofMAS1mRNAandAT-1 receptormRNA in endometriosis samples. Conclusion: The expressions of MAS1 mRNA of endometriosis samples indicate that MAS1 may have an important role in the pathogenesis of endometriosis. http://dx.doi.org/10.1016/j.jri.2015.09.022
