The present invention relates to a method for immune stimulation in a mammal a. administering at least one mRNA comprising a coding for at least one antigen of a pathogen or at least one tumor antigen and the area b. comprising administering at least one cytokine, at least one CpG DNA or at least one adjuvant mRNA. The invention also relates to a product and a kit containing the / the mRNA and cytokine and CpG DNA or mRNA adjuvant of the invention.
