P‐98: Reliable Water Vapor Transmission Rate Evaluation Technique for High Barrier Films in Flexible Organic Electronics

We developed reference films that can be used to calibrate water vapor transmission rate (WVTR) measurement systems. The lowest WVTR of the film was 3×10−6 g-m−2-day−1. A new technique involving the creation of multiple artificial pinholes was used to evaluate these films and confirmed the reliability of the WVTR measurements.
