Design and application of meteorological information release platform based on MAS

A scheme to combinate the meteorological department's own business and office systems with communication operators′ MONET by MAS to build a safe and convenient two-way information channel is introduced. Through SMS,MMS and other means,the personalized weather information service can be provided for users at any time and anywhere. The meteorological information is spreaded to various mobile terminals through MAS. It is pointed out there are some potential safety hazards in practical use of the platform,and the reasonable solution is given.
