The invention discloses a catalyst sulfuration method of a liquid phase circulating hydrogenation apparatus. According to the catalyst sulfuration method, (1) a diesel oil gas phase circulating hydrogenation apparatus is in stable operation; (2) the liquid phase circulating hydrogenation apparatus comprises a liquid phase hydrogenation reactor and a hot high-pressure separator; (3) the liquid phase circulating hydrogenation apparatus is used for gas replacement, catalyst drying, and apparatus air tight operation; (4) high-pressure separating oil is delivered from the bottom of the hot high-pressure separator of the diesel oil gas phase circulating hydrogenation apparatus to a hydrogen mixing tank of the liquid phase circulating hydrogenation apparatus, and a catalyst bed layer is wetted; (5) hot high-pressure separating gas of the diesel oil gas phase circulating hydrogenation apparatus is delivered into the hydrogen mixing tank of the liquid phase circulating hydrogenation apparatus, and is mixed with sulfurized oil for dissolving of hydrogen and hydrogen sulfide; and (6) the hydrogen sulfide-containing sulfurized oil obtained from the hydrogen mixing tank is used for catalyst normal sulfuration. The catalyst sulfuration method is capable of shortening sulfuration time, improving sulfuration effect, and reducing vulcanizing agent consumption.
