The invention discloses an HPLC method for rapidly detecting main active ingredients of lithocarpus polysachyus rehd. The method comprises treatment of a measured sample, extraction of the measured sample, preparation of a standard sample and detection. The method comprises the specific steps: selecting lithocarpus polysachyus rehd powder with the granularity of 60-120 meshes as a raw material sample, performing ultrasonic extraction on the powder by adopting an aqueous solution of methanol, repeatedly extracting for 4 times, merging the supernatant, filtering the supernatant by using a 0.45mu m microfiltration membrane, and analyzing and measuring the filtrate by using a high performance liquid chromatograph, wherein a mobile phase of HPLC consists of acetonitrile and a 0.02-0.06 volume percent of aqueous solution of formic acid according to a volume ratio of 26-30:70-74, isocratic elution is performed, the flow velocity is 0.7-0.9mL.min , and the detection wavelength is 285nm. The method can intuitively and rapidly evaluate the quality of wild lithocarpus polysachyus rehd and provides a scientific basis for selecting a good variety of lithocarpus polysachyus rehd and directionally breeding the lithocarpus polysachyus rehd.
