Effect of reflection probe displacement on human skin spectra

The effect of reflection probe displacement on human skin spectra in the different points of hand in the range of 400–1000 nm was investigated. It was found that absorption in the human skin decreases with pressure increasing due to the optical and physiological properties of the skin. During conducting spectrophotometric research of human skin the influence of pressure should be taken into account.
